Accessibility
We want everyone to be able to use the CanopyOS website and admin dashboard, including people who use screen readers, keyboards, magnification, or other assistive technology.
1.What we are doing
We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA for our website and dashboard. We check new pages for text contrast, keyboard use, and labels, and we fix problems as we find them. We have not yet completed a full independent audit, so some parts may fall short.
2.Tell us about a problem
If something on the site is hard to use, or you need information in another format, email support@canopydisplay.com with the page address, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology you use. We will look into it and reply as soon as we can.
3.TV menu screens
The menus shown on in-store TVs are visual displays designed and controlled by each business that uses CanopyOS. Those businesses are responsible for the content they show and how they make it available to their customers.
